Norms & qualification
Does the Coriolis® µ comply with ISO 14698-1 standards?
ISO 14698 annex 1 recommends the way to qualify air samplers. Even if it has been thought for traditional air samplers (impaction on agar plates), this standard gives some precision how to qualify the biological and the physical efficiency of the equipment. The tests have been done in Health Protection Agency chamber (Porton Down, UK) and proved the Coriolis µ gives equivalent or better results than traditional air sampler. see Coriolis® Technology Validation ISO 14698
How can I qualify the Coriolis® µ?
Bertin Technologies can provide support for IQ-OQ-PQ procedure. Installation Qualification and Operational qualification can be provided by Bertin Technologies. Concerning the Performance Qualification, the HPA results will be a part of this step and the second one will be depending on which analysis you wish to implement. More information can be obtained under request.
What about the traceability of the data?
The Coriolis µ has an internal memory, saving the collection data (date, time, user...) : theses data can be transferred to a computer thanks to the Coriolis µ DataMan option.
