How can I decontaminate the Coriolis® µ?
The spare parts (aspiration cane and air inlet) are autoclavable parts and have to be decontaminated for each sampling. The equipment external surface can be disinfected by classical disinfectants. The Coriolis µ has been designed to resist to H2O2 vapours : you can thus easily decontaminate the whole equipment.
How do I control the air flow rate of the Coriolis® µ?
Each Coriolis µ is delivered with a calibration certificate that insures the air flow rate the user will set will be the real air flow rate and so, the volume of air collected will the the right one. The tests are done on a specific test banc, validated by an accreditated agency. Bertin Technologies and its Distributors propose a prestation of control of the air flow rate (yearly recommended by the norm).
